Yes. Dibsly never asks for your bank password and can’t move money, and without an account your data stays on your iPhone and in your own encrypted backups.
The basics are free. Premium is $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year.
monobank directly, PrivatBank, UKRSIBBANK, KredoBank and monobank statements (FOP too) and Apple Pay from any card, all free. Any other bank’s statement is read by the AI: 3 in all free, up to 25 a month with Premium.
Only what an answer needs, and only with your permission. Dibsly does the math on your phone; the AI just puts it into words.
No. An account is only for the website, sync, ChatGPT or Claude and shared accounts.

iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dibsly, at least 24 hours before the paid period ends. Apple handles payments and refunds. When Premium ends nothing is deleted: your data stays; sync, the website and the assistants stop, and the limits go back to Free.
Install Dibsly and choose “Restore my data” with your newest backup, or sign in to your Dibsly account (sync comes with Premium).

Prices for Ukraine. The App Store shows the price in your country; the subscription renews automatically.
An encrypted backup — by hand, or daily or weekly — to your iCloud Drive folder or to “Dibsly Backups” in Google Drive. Of the automatic ones, Dibsly keeps the five newest.
A backup opens only with your recovery password. Dibsly doesn’t know it and can’t reset it, so keep it in a password manager.
monobank, PrivatBank, UKRSIBBANK and KredoBank statements (and their FOP statements) are read by Dibsly itself, on your phone; the file is never uploaded. monobank can also be connected directly with a read-only token.
Any other bank’s statement is read by the AI: 3 in all free, up to 25 a month with Premium.
Bring a ledger over from a Dibsly or Monefy CSV, and investments from Interactive Brokers and Freedom Finance reports.
Without an account your records stay on the phone and in your own encrypted backups. With an account and Premium they sync through Dibsly’s server, so your iPhones and my.dibslyapp.com show the same.
The AI is OpenAI, reached through Dibsly’s own server. Only what a feature needs is sent; OpenAI keeps it for at most 30 days and doesn’t train models on it.
Rates come from the National Bank of Ukraine, quotes from Nasdaq and Yahoo Finance; these requests carry none of your records. All the details are in the privacy policy.
